Privacy policy

What we collect

• Ad content: the text, price, location and photos you submit.
• Contact details: your name, email, and optional phone number. Your email is always required (for verification); you choose whether email and phone are shown publicly.
• Technical data: IP address and browser information in server logs, used for rate limiting and abuse prevention.

How we use it

• To display your ad and let interested people contact you the way you chose.
• To send the one-time verification code and your ad confirmation with the private manage link. We don't send marketing email.
• To detect spam and fraud.

Retention

Ads, photos and the associated contact details are deleted automatically when the ad expires (at most 6 months after posting), or sooner if you remove it. Verification codes are stored only as hashes and expire within 10 minutes. Server logs are kept for up to 30 days.

Sharing

We don't sell personal data. Service providers that process data on our behalf: our hosting provider, our database and file-storage provider (Supabase), and our email provider (Resend). Public ad pages, including any contact details you chose to show, may be indexed by search engines while the ad is live.

Cookies & local storage

We don't use tracking cookies. Your browser's local storage may hold an unfinished ad draft so you don't lose your work; it never leaves your device.

Your choices

Use your manage link to remove an ad at any time. To request deletion of anything else, or for any privacy question, email support@apnausa.co.
